KALE CHIPS

• A bunch of fresh dino kale
• Coconut oil
• S & P

1. Preheat to 325ºF
2. Rinse and dry kale.
3. Devein.
4. Coat in coconut oil and S & P.
5. Add some spices if you want to be a little crazy.
6. Bake for 15 min but flip kale over half way through.
